Liam Finnane

Partner

Liam Finnane is a Partner at Magnolia Lane Financial Services and along with Harry Cummins, leads the firm’s Regional Office in Orange, NSW.

After completing a Bachelor of Business (Finance), Liam built his career in finance and has developed significant management and leadership experience within Magnolia Lane.

Liam plays a key role in the strategic growth of the business in both commercial and consumer finance, mentoring team members and ensuring clients and referrers receive consistently high‑quality service.

Liam has extensive experience sourcing tailored finance solutions for a broad range of clients, from new and growing businesses through to well‑established enterprises, across industries including Agriculture, Civil Construction, Earthmoving, Manufacturing, IT and Medical.

 Liam is committed to building enduring relationships with clients, referral partners and lenders, and brings a deep understanding of clients’ businesses to guide the Magnolia Lane team in delivering strategic, well‑aligned solutions.

Liam is also Co‑Chair and Co-Founder of the Torie Finnane Foundation, a charity dedicated to improving Regional Maternity Services.

Outside of work, Liam enjoys quality time with his family, watching sport, and catching up with friends.

Harry Cummins

Partner

After completing his Bachelor of Commerce (Finance & Financial Planning) in 2016, he built broad experience across consumer, commercial, and rural lending before joining Magnolia Lane in 2019.

Over time, Harry has developed a deep understanding of the industry and now focuses on building strong, scalable client and stakeholder relationships. He is particularly passionate about supporting growing businesses and helping them make confident financial decisions as they evolve.

Harry is known for his ability to connect with people from all walks of life and for fostering a culture of high standards, collaboration, and long-term thinking.

Outside of work, Harry can be found running around for his beloved Orange Emus and spending quality time with his young family.

Josh Bridges

After completing a Bachelor of Business and Commerce through the University of Western Sydney, Josh began his career in finance working as a credit analyst with Capital Finance before joining Magnolia Lane in 2016. Josh is a member of Commercial Asset Finance Brokers Association of Australia (CAFBA).

Outside of work, Josh loves spending time with his wife Mikayla and their boys, Bobbi and Tedd. He also enjoys training for upcoming marathons and half-marathons on the racing schedule.

Chris Sugiono

Senior Finance Broker

He began his finance career at Capital Finance, where he worked across settlements, credit assessment, and sales. Over five years in commercial asset finance, Chris developed a deep, practical understanding of lender requirements and credit decision‑making. This experience now underpins his client‑first approach, allowing him to structure applications strategically and proactively address lender expectations to achieve smooth, efficient outcomes.

Chris joined Magnolia Lane in 2019, bringing with him a sharp attention to detail and a thorough knowledge of the commercial lending landscape. He prides himself on taking the time to understand each client’s objectives and delivering tailored finance solutions that support long‑term business growth.

Chris is a member of the Commercial Asset Finance Brokers Association of Australia (CAFBA), reflecting his commitment to professional standards and ongoing industry development.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with family and friends and has a passion for sport and the outdoors. He is a lifelong NBA fan and a proud supporter of the Philadelphia 76ers.

Harry Nemeth

Senior Finance Broker

Harry has risen through the ranks in his 8+ year tenure at Magnolia Lane, now a Senior Broker who manages some of the more complex business structures, with particular need for large ticket, high value equipment. His precise and optimistic approach to relationship management with all the personalities across a deal; from credit analyst and bank BDM, to accountant and supplier – has become a common trope across all of Harry’s work.

Harry holds a Bachelor of Arts (Communication/Sociology) and a Masters in Contemporary Philosophy and is a member of the Commercial Asset Finance Brokers Association of Australia (CAFBA).

In his spare time Harry loves diving (with whales and sharks particularly), travelling and visiting his holiday shack in Jervis Bay.

Saul McCredie

Finance Broker

He understands that financial decisions can feel overwhelming, so his focus is always on keeping things clear, approachable, and tailored to each person’s situation. He believes good advice starts with genuine conversation, and he’s known for explaining things in plain language, being easy to reach, and making the process feel far less complicated than people expect.

More than anything, Saul enjoys building long‑term relationships and being someone that clients can trust, not just during the process, but well after the paperwork is done. Outside of the office, you can catch him up or down the coast, on the hill at Leichhardt Oval supporting the West Tigers, or on the golf course.

Saul holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance) at the University of Technology Sydney and is a member of the Commercial Asset Finance Brokers Association of Australia (CAFBA).

Sam Bignold

Finance Broker

Sam joined the team back in 2022 and has relished his time in the equipment finance broking industry. He values the importance of providing outstanding service to each client, regardless of whether they are a new or a long-term client.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University. He is also a member of the Commercial Asset Finance Brokers Association of Australia (CAFBA).

When Sam’s not in the office, you will catch him playing rugby for Sydney University Football Club, supporting the mighty Sydney Roosters & spending time with his friends and family.

Tom Ryan

Renowned for his approachable and client-focused style, Tom is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders alike.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Business in Economics and Finance and is a member of the Commercial Asset Finance Brokers Association of Australia (CAFBA).

Outside the office, Tom enjoys playing and following a variety of sports and making the most of opportunities to travel and explore new destinations with friends and family. This balanced approach enables him to maintain strong personal connections and bring energy and perspective to his professional life.

Ben Corbett

Finance Broker

Ben is a Finance Broker based within our Orange Office.

He completed his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Wollongong in 2019 which allowed him to gain over 4 years of experience in Commercial and Agricultural lending.

His experience to date has allowed him to develop a passion for providing tailored financial solutions to clients whilst obtaining a deep understanding of the financial needs of their business. Ben places a focus on building strong and lasting relationships with his clients to help achieve their short-and long-term goals.

Outside of the office, you’ll find Ben barracking for the Manly Sea Eagles, trying to improve his golf game and spending time with friends & family.
